Analytics
Analytics is where your practice looks like a business rather than a list of cases: volume over time, which firms send you work, and how far ahead people are booking.
The date range and filters
All time in the top right sets the window for everything on the page. Below it, Filters narrows by side, law firm or corporate code.
Most windows also show a change against the previous equal period. All time and Upcoming don't, because there's no prior window to compare against.
The four figures
- Cases — mediations in the window.
- Mediator Revenue — everything invoiced, paid and unpaid. Not cash received.
- Cases Booked — bookings made in the window, counted by booking date rather than mediation date. The two differ when someone books in March for October.
- Booking Lead Time — the average number of days between a case being booked and its mediation date. 97 days means attorneys are booking you about three months out.
The charts
Month-over-Month Trend plots case count and revenue together, weekly or monthly.
Booking Trend is bookings by month, which is the leading indicator: it moves before your case count does.
Inquiries Over Time stacks inquiry volume against conversion rate. It stays empty until you're logging inquiries — see Inquiries.
Law Firms — Plaintiff vs Defendant Breakdown
Your firms by domain, with how many cases each has sent, split by which side they were on, and the income attributed to them.
Click a firm to swap the page into a detail view of that firm's cases. Click an attorney inside it to go one level further.
Case Activities
Every case in the window with its mediation date and both sides' status dots, searchable by name or ID. It's the same traffic-light read as the Cases list, arranged for scanning a period rather than working a day.
