Reading your dashboard
The dashboard answers one question: how is the panel doing right now. Four numbers across the top, three charts under them, and every upcoming case in one table at the bottom.
The four tiles
Cases counts cases by the date the mediation is scheduled for. Cases Booked counts the same cases by the date they were booked. They are different numbers on purpose: "we have fifteen mediations in the diary" and "we took fifteen bookings this month" are different facts, and a month can be strong on one and weak on the other.
Inquiries counts date requests that haven't converted into a booking yet.
Case Manager Fee is what the panel has earned you over the cases in scope. It is the sum of your fee on each case, so it always ties out to the case list sitting next to it — change the date range and the fee tile moves with it. How each case's figure is worked out is in How your case manager fee is calculated.
Filtering
The date picker and the Mediator dropdown at the top right apply to the whole page. Set the mediator to Renee Castellano and every tile, chart and row below narrows to her. Set the range and the tile badges recalculate against it.
The charts
Cases Over Time and Bookings Over Time plot the same two definitions as the first two tiles. Inquiries Over Time carries a second axis for the conversion rate. Top Mediators by Case Volume ranks the roster — on NewCo all five mediators sit at three cases each.
Upcoming Cases
The table at the foot lists every case ahead of today with a traffic-light read on each side:
- Onboarding — has that side filled in the onboarding form
- Payment — has that side's invoice been paid
- Brief — has that side sent their brief in
Green is done, amber is outstanding, red needs chasing. Douchette v. Bayline Apartment Ventures on 30 September 2026 is green across both sides. Bramwell v. Northline Freight Systems on 5 October has red on the plaintiff's payment, which is the row you'd act on.
