Working with your cases
Cases is the list of every mediation booked with you. It opens on upcoming cases, which is what you want most days.
Finding a case
Three controls sit above the table:
- Search cases by name or number — matches the case name and the Scale case number.
- Upcoming Cases — a date filter. Its other settings are All Time, This Week, Next Week, Last Week, This Month, Next Month, Last Month, Last 90 Days and Custom.
- Filters — narrows by payment status (Fully Paid or Pending Payment) and by corporate code.
The three figures below them — Upcoming Cases, Completed Cases and Revenue — follow whatever the date filter is set to.
Reading the table
Each row shows the case name, a status line for each side, the mediation date and the slot.
The slot label carries two things at once: Full Day – Virtual, Full Day – In person, Afternoon – Virtual. The first half is how long, the second is how it's being held.
The status dots are the same Onboarding / Payment / Brief traffic lights as the dashboard. Green is done, yellow is due, red is overdue.

What counts as completed
A case moves out of Upcoming once its mediation date has passed. Taking a case off the calendar marks it cancelled — see How to reschedule or cancel a case.
