Your panel of mediators
Mediators is your roster. One row per mediator you're assigned to, with enough on it to see who's busy and who isn't.
The list
Cases and Inquiries are that mediator's counts. Last Case is the date of their furthest-out booking, which is a better read on how full someone is than a case count — Sofia Novak's last case is 21 December 2026 while Marcus Hollingsworth's is 4 November, so Sofia is booked further ahead.
Status is Active or otherwise; the Status: All filter narrows the list. Search matches name, email or specialisation.
Opening a mediator
Click a row for that mediator's own page: their numbers, the law firms that instruct them, their cases, their profile, their booking link and their files. The Case Manager Fee editor sits at the top right of that page — see How your case manager fee is calculated.
What you can change, and what you can't
From the mediator's page the panel can edit their name, email, phone, bio, photo, timezone, rates and status, and upload files against them.
It can't change anything outside your roster. If you try to reach a mediator you're not assigned to, the panel refuses.
