Sharing a mediator's booking page
Every mediator has a public booking page. Counsel opens it, picks a date, enters their details, and a real case lands on your Cases list without you touching anything. This screen is where you get that link, and where you build a plain availability list for the times a link isn't what counsel wants.
The link
Pick a mediator in Mediator booking link and the URL appears next to the picker. It's permanent per mediator — Aisha Bellamy's is app.scalemediation.com/embed/65eac6a9-a733-4de3-aef2-0631a84725cd and it stays that way. Copy link puts it on your clipboard; Open loads it in a new tab.
Below the URL you get the page itself, live, exactly as counsel sees it: the mediator's name, the calendar, the legend and the rate card.
What counsel sees
The calendar colours are the same ones on your Schedule board: green for available, split green for half day only, red for booked, amber for on hold, and a green dot for virtual only.
The rate card shows the mediator's half-day and full-day figures, with Enter Corporate Code underneath for firms on a negotiated rate.
The availability report
The panel button at the top builds a text list of open dates across any number of mediators at once, which is the thing the Schedule page can't do. Pick the mediators, choose how many months ahead, and it produces something you can paste straight into an email.
The output is grouped by month — October Availability: … and, where relevant, October On Hold: … — with morning-only and afternoon-only dates marked (M) and (A). A month with nothing open reads None rather than being left out, so counsel can tell the difference between "he's full" and "you didn't check".
Copy Report sends exactly the text in the box to your clipboard.
