How to send a booking link to counsel

Walkthrough video — coming soon

Counsel asks for dates. You send them the mediator's booking page and they book themselves in. It's one link and it's the same link every time for that mediator.

Before you begin

Check the mediator actually has dates open in the months counsel cares about. A booking page with a solid red calendar reads as "this mediator has no time" even when the truth is that nobody opened the dates. See How to open up a mediation date.

Click Copy link. Paste it into your email.

The link never changes for that mediator, so you can keep it in a signature or a snippet rather than coming back here each time.

3Check it before you send, if it's a new mediator

Click Open, or read the live preview below the URL, and confirm the calendar shows open dates and the rates are right.

Some counsel want a list, not a calendar — particularly when they're comparing several mediators to find one date that works. Use Availability Report instead: pick the mediators, pick how many months, and paste the text into your reply. See Sharing a mediator's booking page.
